Comparison
You are not aware of what obstacles the person you are comparing yourself to had to go through on His/her journey.
Do not be fooled by the facade of social media because I can promise you all of those influencers or ballers you look up to, may seem happy but a lot of them go through real stuff that no one knows about and you will be wishing you had their life.

Complaining
in my opinion, I believe that this is the most toxic habit since we take so much time complaining about stuff and it is such SO draining because you will only see the negatives and you will not appreciate the beauty of what life has to offer. Furthermore, if you are around people that complain a lot that is also energy-draining because it rubs off on you therefore I will recommend either communicating with them and telling them to stop complaining around you or distance yourself from them.
Overthinking
Your brain is designed to tell you what is wrong and blurs the events of life. Overthinking is the art of creating problems that were not even there. We tend to just overthink every single detail and dwell on them for hours then we go reflect and we overthink why we overthinking and it just becomes a constant toxic cycle. Overthinking is also a survival instinct which was embedded to prevent you from danger and look for every possible pose of threat which is why in a day to day life that could be very unpleasant.
Procrastination
As a student, procrastination is so common among us. We tend to procrastinate when we find tasks too difficult, aversive or just too boring. If a task feels too difficult or provokes anxiety then it is easier to avoid it. Therefore… JUST DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!
Letting your past dictate your past and future.
“Just like an elephant, chained to a stick, it's conditioned to believe it cannot escape, many of us also become prisoners of our past”.
You are not the person you was last week or even yesterday. You are who you want to be and do not let other people dictate who you are and what you should do because it is YOUR life and you are the Main character of your life so take control of it!!!!
Diet
Our diet is one of the most important factor for efficiency. I really urge you to watch your diet and start eating a more balanced lifestyle because the food you eat does command your life heavily. Dash away that Mcdonalds and make a packed lunch from home.
