Walk:
walking helps clear your mind so much and it will offer you a different perspective on life
Indulge:
Take a day off to spend a whole day doing exactly what you want. It does not matter what it is. I personally go outside on solo dates with my headphones and Netflix
Be generous:
Give something to a total stranger. Acts of giving make us feel warm and fuzzy. it will make your day when you make someone else day
Sit in a coffee shop or at the park and soak up your surroundings. You do not have to talk to people
Preparation:
Write the day’s to-do lists the evening before. I recommend using Notion
Keep going forward:
Keep taking small steps, no matter what. Being stagnant does not serve you
Sleep:
Get enough rest. sleep 7-9 hours each night
Cry:
Release all that emotions and trauma. You will feel a lot better
Check your self-talk:
Negative self-talk does not serve you.
Life is a journey. Remember that what you are going through is temporary. It will PASS
