Today I want you to take some time to refocus on your goals and reflect on what you've done with 2022 so far. We are roughly halfway through the year and it's just as important to reflect on the progress you've made as it is to focus on your future.
Whilst looking back at the previous 6 months, identify the reasons for your wins and losses (write them down even) - here you will find the lessons you need to make the most of the second part of this year. You can now set new goals for the rest of 2022, whether it be your time management or discipline that requires improvement. Provided you dedicate yourself to reaching these goals, you will end the year having grown to new heights - free from harmful factors that once inhibited your progress.
If you find that this year hasn't been the greatest PLEASE REMEMBER: you now have an equal amount of time to turn it around, study your failures and get back to work. It is at times like this when the weak will give in and crumble. I can assure you that everyone we look up to has been there - what separates them from the majority is that they did not give up.
Before I finish up with today's newsletter, I want to leave you with some questions to ask yourself - these will help you evaluate your progress so far this year, as well as aid you in identifying areas where you may make improvements.
Do your wins outweigh your losses this year?
Have you been prioritising yourself?
What long-term goals are you working towards? How?
Have you remained disciplined when it was easier not to?
What will you do to make 2022 a year you can be proud of?
